Do I need to have a diagnosed mental health concern to start therapy?
Not at all! Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, or simply have a space to talk. You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy.

Absolutely. Many people come to therapy without a specific problem but with a sense of feeling lost, unmotivated, or emotionally overwhelmed. What can I expect in my first therapy session?
Your first session is about getting to know you, your concerns, goals, and what brought you to therapy, in detail. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. It’s a space to explore at your own pace, and your therapist will guide the conversation with care and empathy.
The first few sessions can last anywhere form 60 minutes to 90 minutes as they are aimed at getting to know you history, you therapy goals, areas of concerns and the modalities best suited for you. After that, each session typically lasts for 50 minutes, giving you ample time to explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgmental space and, the cost per session starts at INR 1500. We believe therapy should be affordable and accessible, and we’re happy to discuss sliding scale options if needed.
How often should I attend therapy?
This depends on your needs! Some people prefer weekly sessions for consistency, while others opt for twice-weekly check-ins. We can mutually decide on a frequency that works best for you.
Can I try just a couple of sessions to see if it’s right for me?
Yes! Therapy is a personal experience, and finding the right fit is important. You’re welcome to book our trial package which consists of 4 sessions that take place over a course of a month. It helps you to understand if therapy is the right choice for you at this moment in time and, whether you'd like to continue with it.
